Daily Update - 5/15
I was high raw today!
I switched to organic frozen blueberries today. There was a very big difference in flavor in my fruit smoothie this morning. The organic blueberries added a LOT more flavor than the conventional ones I had been buying in bulk from Sam's Club. They are also much smaller, but what they lack in size, they make up for in flavor.
For dinner we went to Jason's Deli. I picked up a vegetarian dish called Fresco Garden Pasta. It is bow tie pasta tossed in olive oil and topped with herb-roasted tomatoes, grilled portabello mushroom, artichoke hearts and a sprinkling of asiago cheese.

Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie (bananas, pear, strawberries, blueberries, flax seed, almonds)
Lunch: Green Smoothie (spinach, escarole, red lettuce, parsley, bananas, apple, flax seed)
Dinner: Fresco Garden Pasta
